A favorite dish on any festive table. Let cooking take time, and indulge in a flavourful roast made of plant goodies!
The perfect salad for any buffet. A plate filled with crispiness and creaminess, and lots of color!
A classic soup, here with some crispy topping, served well chilled it’s the perfect dish for any hot summers day!
For the smaller buffet or your Friday dinner with friends and friends! Crispy rolls, filled with lots of flavours, colors and textures - served with a creamy almond sauce with a hint of ginger!
The idea is simple - but a veggie on a tray, bake until soft and sweet and top with pea pesto, drizzled yoghurt, seeds and some shaved red cabbage for extra crisp!
Like an ocean of rolling veggies. Serve this salad straight from the tray - a wonderful and relaxed way to serve this kind of food!
Always a good idea: roasted seasonal veggies on a tray with spinach and steel cut oats. Served with a creamy turmeric hummus!

Roasted veggies are delicious whenever. Let them roast with the peel still on - gives both a great texture and extra flavour. These ones are drizzled with a favourite of mine; creamy tahini dressing!
Plant based food love right here. My take on a lasagna - with a mushroom and lentil mince - topped with a ridiculously yummy spinach pesto!
