Some people would say they are the answer to a lot of things. Make a big batch and keep some for upcoming breakfasts, lunches, afternoon snack moments and dinners!
Sweet, tangy and chunky at the same time. These are my favourite seasonal bliss balls, with a lovely flavour of my favourite home made wintery spice blend. Serve as a sweet treat during brunch, afternoon snack or "fika"!
The chocolate together with the blueberry is a really tasty combination. And the tiny bit of sea salt that I always add makes all the difference.
The secret to really crispy kale will after reading this be among your most important knowledge. Kind of anyway!
A simple white bean dip, topped with some pan fried mushrooms, a delicious yet simple pesto and a handful of mâche lettuce for some extra freshness.
Never get tired of nutty bliss balls. These little yummy ones are covered in toasted, finely chopped hazelnuts and toasted coconut flakes. Can be the most delicious covering ever!
