Berry sauce, coconut yoghurt and granola - three things which are all delicious and goes very well in a dessert. Or your weekend breakky or evening snack, you choose!
Kram,
Thess

Berry sauce, coconut yoghurt and granola - three things which are all delicious and goes very well in a dessert. Or your weekend breakky or evening snack, you choose!
One of my favourite desserts to make - both because they taste amazing AND look irresistibly cute! A smooth and perfectly sweet cashew filling with vanilla and blueberry, and a crispy chocolate outer layer - what else could you ask for?
With sweetness from fresh dates and parsnip this granola is a favourite of mine! Super crunchy and makes a great topping on yoghurt, porridge and smoothies - only to mention a few things!
Like an ocean of rolling veggies. Serve this salad straight from the tray - a wonderful and relaxed way to serve this kind of food!
Chocolaty and tangy - my latest contribution to my always evolving bliss ball repertoar!
A filling stir fry served with a creamy dip for extra heartiness and flavour! This is no doubt my favourite way to cook!
A newfound love of mine, the Japanese classic; Ramen! But with my plant based twist. Warming, filled with ALL the flavours and textures you’d want in a heart soup!
Semi raw beauties. These ones are ready in under 15 minutes and are the perfect combination of smooth and crunchy, sweet and cacaoy!
3 ingredient flatbreads; might be one of the most genius things ever baked! Fill or top your flat bread with whatever you find at home and call it bread, wrap or a pizza - you choose!
A warming mix of spices and freshly mixed almond mylk - my favourite way to start a weekend morning
Always a good idea: roasted seasonal veggies on a tray with spinach and steel cut oats. Served with a creamy turmeric hummus!
