About
In the northern part of Skåne, close to the boarder to Småland, this very popular and craft sourdough bakery is located. In an old local countryside food shop owners Raphael and Salli have created an oasis for those who love really delicious baked savoury and sweet stuff - made with passion and local organic ingredients. The bread and buns are - except from delicious - really beautiful and are displayed in a modern and aesthetic way, as the pieces of art they really are.
Benches and tables in the welcoming indoor seating, with a authentic country side style vibe, is made of trees from the surroundings, and the old and beautiful wood stove behind the desk displaying all the delicious baked goods is still the only thing (together with the bread oven) heating up the whole house.
When Loshult handelsbod opens at 12 during Fridays (the only open day at the moment (check out their social channels for an update on opening hours) the quene is long and many locals come by for their weekly fika or just to get some bread, and I’d recommend you stop by too since both the atmosphere, bread and buns are something really extra!
