At beautiful Österlen, a part of Skåne, this hotel and restaurant arises among the hills of beautiful Brösarps backar. Stay at the hotell, the whole place feels like a meeting between Southern Sweden and Tuscany, and enjoy the daily evening tasing menu made with local ingredients from the French farmer Fabien on the other side of the hill - or come by just for the food and views one evening.
The tasing menu includes sourdough bread from their own micro bakery with really delicious and creative spreads - during our visit among other things a fennel creme which is one of the tastiest spread I’ve ever tasted - followed by the best the season has to offer; freshly harvested greens serves in different ways which makes both the taste buds and eyes really happy.
Great atmosphere, wonderful food, passioned people in the staff and lovely surroundings. This is a must visit! Make sure to book your table in advance as this is a really popular place.
