At Syster Marmelad you’ll find delicious and beautiful looking food made of ingredients from local producers. Go for the tasting menu and you’ll be both treated to a great range of different flavours, textures and also be perfectly satisfied after you finish the last spoon of dessert.
Everything from the first serving of sourdough bread + spreads and tomatoes to the creative ways to serve the seasons best produce to the perfectly sweet dessert was equally beautiful and a food experience to remember.
The staff is really friendly and will tell you about the dishes and drinks in a way that shows that they are really passionated about what they do.
At the drink list you’ll find fun wines, bubbels and beers among other things - not rarely hand picked from small producers around the world, at places you’d have to be really in to the drinking scene to find.
