When you enter LEVA, just a few minutes by bike outside of central Visby, you are welcomed by long rows of freshly baked bread and sweet stuff; lots of Swedish classics such as buns and cakes, but also home made granola which you can also buy to take home. At the menu you also find all the different types of coffee you could ask for to go with your breakfast, fika or lunch.
If you’re on the hunt for something for lunch there are few bread focused things to choose from; sandwiches, bruschetta, lunch baguettes, toast and grilled toast.
There are also vegetarian pizzas on the menu, which can also be ordered without cheese for a vegan version. Sit down inside in the very minimalistic but still welcoming eating area or outside in the garden and enjoy some piece and quiet.
After you’ve had something to eat make sure to don’t miss the shop with both beautiful interior and lots of flowers and plants.
