In central Stockholm there is a place where you find bowls filled with delicious, fun and hearty fast food - a fusion between tradition and innovative vegan cuisine. The place is called Fafelle and falafels served with hearty salads - with inspiration from all over the world - or in hearty wraps is their thing.
Fafelle is what happens when a star chef (@joelahlin), one of the worlds most prominent vegetarian Instagrammer (@gkstories) and a few other entrepreneurs get together to create a dream out of passion and modern foodie demands. And - fore and foremost - this is the kind of food I want to eat everyday; yummy and creative food filled with different textures, flavours and colors.
